Altran India needed a support thought as an employers brand,to improve the relation with the employees. We needed to work within the existing house-style, and improve the message. We believe that for building a strong employers brand, you need to inform and involve the existing employees. We started multiple inhouse cmpaign ideas. Where we communicated the existing great engineering work that Altran does, to a higher level. Namely, to what the innovation meant for people and dynamic working atmosphere that exists within traditional Altran India. These changes reflected in the new look of Altran India. The company emphatically underline the success of the new strategy developed for communication with customers, prospects and the media. Every activity of the company was given a clearly recognizable visual identity. The network of Altran activities was distinguished by means of color. Each activity had its own logo and color scheme.
